As professional project managers, we guide you and help you navigate the Plan Check process in all of the Cities and Counties of California.

Our process depends on the scope of your project but the essentials are managed the same. We take your project from start to finish and we obtain the necessary approvals needed for your project by managing the clearances (department requirements) and coordinating with you all of the items needed to obtain approvals for agencies such as Building and Safety, Bureau of Engineering, Low Impact Division, Grading, Green, Disabled Access, Planning and Zoning Departments as well as special agencies related only to your area such as the Mulholland Division or the Hacienda Heights Community Plan, etc., for example. We manage your project entirely (see project management page) or we guide you through the requirements needed for you to successfully submit your project according to the regulations mentioned in the California Building code.
