About LA Expedite

LA Expedite started with a permit problem. What we found was a planning problem.

The company began with a simple observation. Clients had professionals around them, but they still did not know what happened next.

Why LA Expedite Exists

I was 19 when I watched an architect's client break down during a permit crisis.

She had professionals around her. She had a project. But she did not have someone who could make sense of the process and tell her what happened next.

That moment stayed with me.

I started in permitting because that was where the pain was visible. Over time, I realized something important. The permit wasn't always the real problem.

A lot of what goes wrong during permitting starts much earlier. A property condition was missed. The approval path wasn't mapped. An agency wasn't considered. A consultant entered too late. A design decision was made before its downstream effect was understood.

By the time those issues reached plan check, the project was already reacting.

That changed how I looked at the work. We couldn't just help clients push paperwork through the system. We needed to help them understand the system before making decisions inside it. That became Blueprint to Success™.

Then we needed a way to carry that strategy through drawings, consultants, agencies, corrections and final permit. That became Path to Build™.

Together, they form the way we practice Strategic Preconstruction today.

Some clients need us to provide the team. Others bring us a complete team. Either way, our job is the same. Understand the project. Map the path. Then execute it.

Delays aren't accidental. They are the product of poor planning and no strategy.
